What We Do:
APEC, Inc. is a Dallas-Ft. Worth region based Civil/Structural/Railroad Engineering Consulting firm that provides Design, Program Management and Construction Services in the arenas such as mass transit & highway/tollway infrastructure, commercial, institutional, aviation, homeland security & TSA, CIP projects. APEC is currently actively involved with our clients & partners in three distinct delivery methods – design-build, CM at risk (CMGC) and public-private-partnership. This is what makes us so unique to be able to serve any type of client and project delivery method.
