DART Green Line Expansion – CMGC-01
10 miles (Cost $ 465 Million), Provide structural engineering support services (design, non-conformance reports, analysis, research), construction support, Track/Systems construction support. Working since Feb 2008 to Dec 2010.

DART Green Line Expansion – CMGC-03
15 miles (Cost: $ 487 Million) Provide structural engineering support services (design, non-conformance reports, analysis, research), construction support, Track/Systems construction support. Working since Feb 2008 to Dec 2010.

DART Blue Line Extension
Design-Build 4.8 miles (Cost: $ 190 Million, Duration: 2009 - 2012) Provide design-construction interface coordination (DCIC) for entire project, QA/QC for construction. Working since Feb 2009 to Dec 2012.

Dallas Independent School District (DISD)
2008 Bond Program (Cost: $ 1.2 Billion, Duration: 2009 – 2012) Provide Civil & Structural design reviews for new & existing school facilities & rehabilitation work. Working since May 2009 to 2012.

NTTA SH 161 Toll Road Project
Extension of SH 161 Toll road from I-30 south to I-20 in Tarrant County, Texas. (Cost: $ 420 Million, Duration: 2010 – 2012). Provide Quality Acceptance (QA) services representing NTTA, for the construction of toll road. Working since June 2010 to Dec 2012.

Dallas Love Field Modernization Program
Public/Private Partnership – (cost: $ 575 Million, Duration: 2009 – 2014) Provide structural engineering support services (design, non-conformance reports, analysis, research), construction support. Working since December 2009 to Present.

LBJ Express Managed Lanes
Design-Build managed lanes, toll lanes on the LBJ Freeway (US 75 to I-35E), I-35E (I-635 to Loop 12 interchange) in Dallas, Texas. (Cost: $ 2.7 Billion, Duration: 2011 – 2016). Provide design optimization support and technical assistance to the contractor during the project construction phase. Working since April 2011 to Present.

North Tarrant Express Managed Lanes
Design-Build managed lanes, toll lanes on the North Tarrant Expressway (SH183/121 @ DFW Airport to I-35W) in Ft. Worth, Texas. (Cost: $ 2.5 Billion, Duration: 2011 – 2016). Provide design optimization support, utility coordination and technical assistance to the contractor during the project construction phase. Working since April 2011 to Present.

US 75 Widening
Design-Build highway lanes on the Central Expressway (US 75/121 to US 380) in McKinney, Texas. (Cost: $ 160 Million, Duration: 2012 – 2014). Provide design optimization support, design of temporary shoring for retaining walls. Working since March 2012 to Present.

Sylvan Ave. Bridge
Design-Bid-Build bridge in Dallas, Texas. (Cost: $ 100 Million, Duration: 2012 – 2014). Provide design optimization support, design of traffic control. Working since June 2012 to Present.

DFW Airport
Design and Design Management contract. (Duration: January 2013 to Dec 2016). Provide structural, track and technical design to any number of scopes proposed by Airport Development Engineering Dept. We are part of the Team lead by HKS Architects. Working since January 2013 to Present.

NTTA – GEC
Provide general engineering consultant services to NTTA. Provide a wide range of professional and non-professional services to support the NTTA and its operation and maintenance of Tollway infrastructure in Texas. We are part of the Team lead by Atkins North America. Working since January 2013 to Present.

Future Projects

TexRail Cotton Belt Line
TexRail Cotton Belt Line – Design-Build 35 miles of commuter rail line from south west of Fort Worth to the DFW Airport Terminal B (Cost: unknown at this time, Duration: 2012 - 2016). Provide Quality Acceptance/Assurance services for entire project during construction. Anticipated start of work from 2013 to Dec 2016. We are part of the Program Management Team lead by CH2M Hill.
